Return Policy


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Returns must be requested in advance—items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect itemso we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
