How long does it take to make my piece?
Every piece is made in our studio after you order. Most pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Need it sooner? Write to us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Shipping, duties and taxes
Delivery is free to Romania, Ukraine and the EU. Worldwide delivery with DHL Express costs €20 and is free on orders over €250. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
How do I find my ring size?
Open the size guide on any ring page. It lists each size in millimetres (inner diameter), EU and US. If you are between sizes, write to us and we’ll help you choose. Half and custom sizes are available on request, and we resize once free of charge within 10 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges
You can return a piece within 14 days of receiving it, unless it was personalised or made to your custom request. Please contact us first to arrange the return. Full details are in our refund policy.
Materials and care
We work with sterling silver 925, 24K gold applied with keum-boo, solid 14K gold and laboratory-grown diamonds. Store each piece separately, keep it away from perfume and water, and polish silver gently with a soft cloth. During the first year after purchase, polishing, keum-boo restoration and repair are complimentary.
