1. Who we are
This website, logvin.jewelry, is operated by LOGVIN STUDIO SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI 47636668, registration no. J2023002832400), registered office Str. Sold. Ghiță Șerban nr. 18, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania. In these terms, "we", "us" and "LOGVIN" mean LOGVIN STUDIO SRL. "You" means the person using the website or placing an order.

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
2. Our jewellery
Our pieces are made by hand in our studio, most of them after you order. Because they are handmade, texture, surface and the exact position of stones or gold may differ slightly from the photos. Weights are given as approximate and can vary with size.
We describe our materials precisely. Sterling silver is silver 925. Keum-boo is 24K gold foil bonded to silver with heat and pressure; it is not plating. Laboratory-grown diamonds and laboratory-created stones are named as such on each product page.
Colours on screen depend on your device and may look slightly different from the piece itself.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency of your region. The price you see at checkout, together with the delivery cost, is the total you pay us. LOGVIN STUDIO SRL is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country. They are paid by the recipient.
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before we make the piece. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
4. Your order
When you place an order, you receive an e-mail confirming that we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we send this confirmation.
We may cancel an order before it is made, for example if a material is no longer available or a price was shown in error. In that case we will tell you and refund you in full.
Please check your details, ring size and shipping address before you pay. If you need to change something, write to us as soon as possible.
5. Making and delivery
Most pieces are made to order and usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are shown in our Shipping policy. If we expect a delay, we will tell you. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
The piece is your responsibility from the moment it is delivered to you or to a person you named.
6. Personalised and custom pieces
We also make pieces to your own design, with changes you ask for, or with engraving. Before we start, we agree the details with you in writing, for example by e-mail or WhatsApp. Personalised pieces cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty or do not match what we agreed.
7. Returns, guarantee and care
You may return most pieces within 14 days of delivery. The conditions are in our Refund policy.
All pieces are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, as provided by Romanian and EU law. If a piece is faulty, we will repair it, replace it or refund you.
In addition, during the first year after purchase, we offer complimentary polishing, keum-boo restoration and repair. This service does not cover loss, or damage caused by accidents or misuse; we will tell you the cost of such repairs before we start.
8. Our designs and content
Our designs, photographs, texts and the LOGVIN name belong to LOGVIN STUDIO SRL or to the people who created them for us. You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy, reproduce or sell our designs, images or texts without our written permission.
9. Your messages and photos
If you send us photos, reviews or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We will publish photos of you or your jewellery only with your consent, and we will remove them if you ask.
10. Use of the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to interfere with its operation or security. The website runs on Shopify; some features, such as payment and delivery tracking, are provided by third parties under their own terms.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, strikes or natural events. If this happens, we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.
12. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
If something is not right, please write to us first. We reply to every message personally and will try to solve the issue quickly.
You can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use its alternative dispute resolution service: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you live in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed the order.
